I’ve had 2 all-nighters this week and one night of 4 hours of sleep. No concept of day and night right now.

Have two projects for work due tomorrow and they coincided with midterms. I have a lot of latitude with my work schedule but I just feel bad for not having the stuff completed on time.

I swear, the foundation to a productive day is a good night’s rest.

And all this - my sleep schedule off track - just as the fasciitis in my left food was getting better. I can’t hit the gym on no sleep. Fuck.

Positives:

Trying to get something published. Was good to hear from my professor that she’s confident something I wrote would be accepted “as is” because of my “interesting style.” She’s one of my favorite instructors and I regret not having the time to take more of her classes. Some professors just change the way you think and she’s one of them.

And I really want to take that torch working class. I’ve loved glass blowing since I was a kid but the classes are expensive. I want to take them by the end of January. Have to save up.

Fuck, I want a Vitamix blender, too, so I can start making my morning shakes. Always wanted one because I seem to burn out blenders quickly.

If performing 6-8 reps: 4-5 sets
If performing 9-12 reps: 3-4 sets
If performing 13-15 reps: 2-3 sets

Rest between sets

6-8 reps = 90-120 seconds
9-12 reps = 60-75 seconds
13-15 reps = 30-45 seconds

I wish Honey-Bun was as tired/upset as N’s cat. I tried to take a nap and she brought every toy she owns on top of my bed, so I slept for about 5 minutes.

Oh hai guys! Who’s doing what this weekend? I’ll be playing “man” and working on completing the wall that separates the gym from the rest of the house. By “complete” I mean finish drywalling and painting, and maybe do something with the flooring.

My NFL team (Broncos) is on bye. My college team (CU) sucks. There’s no more baseball.
