My lifts have sucked this week. This week has been crazy busy (elections, etc.). I haven’t gotten a full-night’s sleep yet. Tomorrow is deadlift day, and I cleared my evening schedule. I look forward to burning my CNS, going home, and going to sleep.

I think I found a new place to move into. Huge relief. No more roommates either! This will be a big change but the place is awesome and the location is absolutely perfect. Yay. Now I’ve just got to pack (VOMIT) and move (VOMIT).
Oh yeah and I just CAREFULLY checked my new program from my coach and its four days of training and four days of cardio. So two double days. JEEZ. I’m into it but am not a master of free time right now!

Why I hate checking my email before bed reason number 12,984: I just saw a typo in a document going to a dozen different attorneys, at eight different firms. It was noticed. FML.
Now. I’m usually pretty good at spell checking my work. This one typo happened to be among a bunch of trade names, which already show up red-underlined, so I just missed it. Ugh.
I shall now take out my frustration on the weights tomorrow. Now, I’ll try to sleep. Yeah, like that’ll happen.
