I’ve done/do most of those, but I have always wanted to get into Photography, just never had the money to buy a nice camera. Camping is the same, I’d really love to get into trail-hiking, but lack the funds currently to get all the gear. Looks like I may just have to continue on as is until I can afford all this.
I always feel like I give too much, or not enough.
Little help with this?
Kthx![/quote]
Well, I would say a minimum of $2 for bellmen, but more if you have tons of luggage. Valet? $2-3. Maid? Depends on how long you were there, and if you got service every day. Lots of hotels don’t do full service the second day if you are there for more than one night. Hotels are going “green” and as part of that have a policy that if you want your towels replaced, put them on the floor, if not, hang them up and they won’t be replaced.
Also, if you’re there for multiple nights, say 5, you’ll get FULL service every other day (sheets changed, towels replaced, etc.) otherwise it’s just a “tidy”. People generally give $5 for housekeeping, minimum, but that’s if they stay more than one day. Hardly anyone tips housekeeping if they’re only staying one night.

Just watch my vid from like, 2:10-2:30 or something. Just long enough to see the Marine hold his hand out for the little girl, and her reaction to it.
