Hahahaha, yeah… Considering that guy came up with that kind of reasoning, it’s no surprise that he still looked like shit after 20 years of training…
But man, I’m jealous of my wife… She sleeps like a baby, always… One of the very few things we totally don’t have in common.
God/the creator/our alien overlord must be one of those male feminists. You know, he thought “CC can lift so much weight but his wife will never be able to get all the way there because she’s a woman, so I have to balance this out by TAKING AWAY HIS ABILITY TO FIND ANY AND ALL SLEEP, EVER! HAHAHA!”.
It’s actually pretty funny sometimes, we’ll have one of those deep and philosophical conversations in bed and she’ll just phase out in mid-sentence.
Super-awake and just overflowing with energy all day long, but whenever she wants to fall asleep or stays up too late, it’s lights out all of a sudden with no forewarning.
I wish I could do that…

I’ve resorted to two Advil PMs to get 8 hours of sleep.
I do that every now and then deb. Amazingly my pup has seemingly fallen asleep and I’m exhausted but sadly, I cannot quite go to bed yet as I’ve got to finish cleaning (lady is comin tomorrow for the weekend and to bring some stuff that can’t go in the uhaul). Bleh I hate cleaning. Bathrooms are next, just vacuumed, did the kitchen, did 3 loads of laundry, now hanging laundry up.
CC - my girl does the exact same thing, granted it happens a lot more if we’ve been out drinking (2 glasses of wine and she’s golden). I’m quite envious of that ability as well.
Did you figure out your new hobby Liquid? Cleaning isn’t it, I take it.
Cleaning is definitely not in, and nope still trying to figure it out. I’m open for suggestions. Preferably something I can teach myself either via reading directions or google. I’m pretty good at picking things up and don’t have time for lessons or anything like that.
IH can fall asleep like that. We’ll turn off the light, he’ll roll over and be asleep in minutes. It takes me FOREVER to fall asleep.
