I just moved up to 145s and then added 10 more for the last 3 sets (I was doing 5x5 after a bunch of warm up reps with different weights). Did I even answer your question?

I know what you meant. I figured to make you feel better about failing the upload by complimenting your DL haha. I think it was good though, but after seeing my DLs, I’m in no position to critique others.
I always do that, try to upload a vid in a picture box
