I’m getting a real gym bag tomorrow. Right now i use a Banana Republic beach bag and it isn’t cutting it. Once I have the real bag I will bring my walking shoes.

If I’m going to do 30 mins of uphill walking after weights two days a week, should I bring some whey to drink between the weights and cardio?
While lifting I drink 2 scoops of workout fuel, and 2 scoops of the following: 60% cheapo whey, 15% hydro whey & 15% BCAA. I mix that in 20oz, drink 10, refill, drink 10oz, refill, etc etc etc until I’m done.
Should I just stretch out my during workout drink, or finish it, drink some of my regular mix, and drink water while walking?

If you’re just walking then you could even bring a meal to eat. lol there’s this big guy at my gym that I saw bring a bowl of chicken out of his gym bag when he was done haha. Really the more the better, it’s gonna be up to how much you can stomach right before cardio, too much and it might get uncomfortable. I wish I could afford more supps.

I’ll usually do 2-4C water w/ creatine/bcaa & 1/2C or so of juice or tea w 1T of malto-dextrin while [and I’m not judging you here] doing harder cardio post-workout. (also, I generally only do cardio after an upper body day. On leg day - a slow 400m walk, concurrent with not vomitting is about as hard as I go.)
If you were sub 170lbs I’d say maybe to added protein, but personally I ‘feel’ better with slightly sweetened clear liquids during cardio/aerobic activity.
