LOL, if you have one, you will feel like vomiting for roughly 3 hours, and wish you didn’t have it.
It will just re-affirm that you don’t want them.
And it will give you a headache
That’s what I always tell myself. Thankfully I know that I’ll have to smoke half a pack over a day or two to get the joy back and that smacks of effort =D

You don’t need a cigarette to feel better. You get high the natural way. How you say?

Yeah, it takes a few to even like it again. Which is weird because in my head I still love the fucking shit out of it…
But, I would rather re-take the CPA than quit smoking again. That shit sucked hard.
You know what I miss most? Going outside and having 5 mins of peace to myself.

Oh yes! Especially in Spring, wandering around the garden or just relaxing on the porch. For some reason, I don’t seem to just take a coffee and do that without the smoke. Maybe I should.

Did you find you were super sleepy the first month or two.
It was like I was depressed, all i wanted to do was sleep. Driving to work in the morning my eyes would close on me.
I do walk around with mah coffee until my wife yells at me to put my shirt on.

Debra you outdid yourself in TVixen. No smoke in the lungs that go with that gorgeous body!
Thanks Deb!
Yeah I’ll just suffer through it. Probably stress related. I’m just brewing a coffee and then I’m going to stuff a few mouthfuls of breyers in my mouth and go workout. Hopefully that’ll kick me in the ass!

Not so much sleepy but terrible depression. I knew to expect that from the first time I quit so it helped but damn I’ve never felt such despair and for no reason at all.
I recall loading the dishwasher, all full of sadness and then a fork fell through the basket into the bottom of the dishwasher and I just started bawling. Fork!? Why? What did I ever do to you??? sobs
I make fun of it now but it was pretty awful. To make things worse I didn’t tell anyone I quit and tried to act normal.

I just told a friend Friday night that my “drug of choice” used to be donut related and did she understand how, when totally stressed out and I couldn’t turn to said sugar/carb drug, it was triply stressful? I’m in the gym 4 to 6 days a week (not to worry, only an hour at a time). It’s my new addiction. Just happens to be the good kind.
So, whats the line on how bloody Duck’s nipples are right now?
Generally, Generally I hate almost everything Nike stands for. That being said, I’ve got an old dri-fit jersey, and splurged on a $40 pair of their RUNNING shorts. Coupled with the bandaided nipples, (thanks Court) and the talc applied on the chafing region betwixt my thighs, there was ZERO irritation. so Kudos to them for these!
Glad I’m good for something round these parts Duck
