So, whats the line on how bloody Duck’s nipples are right now?
Generally, Generally I hate almost everything Nike stands for. That being said, I’ve got an old dri-fit jersey, and splurged on a $40 pair of their RUNNING shorts. Coupled with the bandaided nipples, (thanks Court) and the talc applied on the chafing region betwixt my thighs, there was ZERO irritation. so Kudos to them for these!
What’s talc?
like baby powder. It comes in unscented, or menthol (I’m not really kidding either)
102 lbs heavier, 12 years older, 8 minutes slower.
I don’t know. This sounds like something to be proud of to me. If it were me, I’d be bragging Something along the lines of, I was a scrawny young punk last time I ran it and now I’m a hell of a lot stronger, a whole decade older and I rocked it. <<<Yeah I’m the glass half full woman.>>>
duck, how far was this? Gawd I hate running, the first 2 miles are agony, then I get a second wind and can go on for quite a distance. I used to run like 5+ miles a day 6 days a week in high school; I also dropped like 80 pounds in 3 months doings it. I was a sad 125 lb weakling @ 5’8".

He said it was a 10km run.
Sounds like what I did around grad, went from 230 to 160 but it took more like 6 months or so.

I was just cheesed that I knew there were a few spots I could have paced it better.
And for full disclosure, the last time I ran it I was a fairly competitive cyclist, had broken my toe the week before, and was running with a bit of “beverage induced dehydration”.
bass, it was a 10k (6miles for teh other accountant)

Maybe because of Mother’s day?
My mom lives at the other side of the country so I’m not having any celebrations. Denny’s was full of moms though and they were giving away violets to them. I wondered if it would be wrong to pose as a mom to get free stuff.
I have a new favourite meal at Denny’s: The sunny topped omelet. An omelet stuffed with hashbrowns, sausages, bacon and cheese with an egg on top served with bottomless pancakes.
The last two days I have been craving a cigarette in a terrible terrible way. :-/ I haven’t smoked for almost 3 years now I think but I have the cravings very badly.

You don’t need a cigarette to feel better. You get high the natural way. How you say?
By getting high on life.
But seriously, a cigarette sounds frickin sweet right about now.

Yeah I got that tightness in my chest and shoulders that can only be relaxed by wonderful, smooth cough cough fluid like smoke filling my lungs with a DEEP DEEP breath and sending lovely sweet nicotine (sweet nicotine, sweet sweet nicotine) pulsing through my veins triggering instant relief, happiness and joy.

LOL, if you have one, you will feel like vomiting for roughly 3 hours, and wish you didn’t have it.
