If it makes you feel any better, I don’t plan my workouts at all. I decide that moment I’m about to start my workout what I’m doing based on what I’m aiming for currently, what my previous workouts were, how I’m feeling and what I ate that day.
Deb, I do the same.
I think I’m leaving specifics to the day of, but I have to plan that chunk of time. For example today at lunch I’m going to do some sort of steady state cardio, then bjj tonite. Tomorrow I’ll lift heavy with an upper body emphasis, but I think I’ll decide what exactly to do based on how a feel and what’s open.

I’m actually feeling pretty good. I’ve been having the most disconcerting dreams lately, so I wake up in an odd space but my hair is behaving today and my skin feels super soft and actually feeling good makes me feel good.

^You wake up in an odd space?..hmmmmm tell us more as I adjust my glasses and light my pipe.

Not physically, lol mentally.

I tend to have really vivid dreams and most of the time I remember them. So if the general emotion of the dream was fear, that feeling lingers.

Goddamn Verizon Phios installers started work on my unit this morning… woke me up nice and early this morning. I got a nice 4.5 hours of sleep, at the most.

I’m pretty sure someone will die today.

They came thru my condo unit this past winter. The commercials did not lie. They tore up the front and back yard. Had wires hanging all over the place. Broke a gas line because they had workers digging thru a snow storm.

I’ve heard similar stories like this. Up till the first of the year, I worked for Comcast, so the commercials were a little funnier. However, i’m not laughing at the moment.

They’ll be coming in my apartment to cut through the wall and fish some cable/wiring through so we can get Phios if we want it. I do not. I want peace and quiet so I can sleep.

The worst part is that I work second shift and I really hope they’re not around so I can just get ready for work without any interruptions.

I’m done bitching.

GOOD MORNING EVERYBODY!!!

Man it would be nice if you could kill and skin a candy bar.
