Despite having been around these parts for so long and having learned so much I still feel like I have no idea what I’m dong when trying to plan my week.

If it makes you feel any better, I don’t plan my workouts at all. I decide that moment I’m about to start my workout what I’m doing based on what I’m aiming for currently, what my previous workouts were, how I’m feeling and what I ate that day.

I’ve been having this weird achey pain on my right trap/shoulder. It feels like something is a little pinched and it’s also running into my neck. Actually, it might be starting in my neck and then running across my trap to the front of my shoulder and also around the back of it and ends just above my armpit. I know I’ve been sleeping funny on it, but fuck! Not sure what to do about it… thoughts?

When I go home in 10 days I’m going to try to get in with my ART guy to fix me all up… until then… ugh.

Don’t worry. I’ve never followed a program in my life. When I had a trainer, I did what I was supposed to but when I’m on my own forget it! But I do to the gym with what I am going to do (squat, dead, or bench) and my day is ruined if my plans go south.

To me it always seems things start in the core and go out. When I bench, my whole right arm is in agony the day or two after and I’m pretty sure it comes from my chest or armpit area.

So not only is it “weird” that I lift weights, it’s apparently also “weird” that I know how to use a bbq. We have grills set up throughout our complex, with one literally outside my apartment. I was out there bbqing when 2 dudes came up and said it was “weird” that a “girl” actually bbqs. Lucky for them I was done so I didn’t have to kill them.

honestly, I think it’s a leetle uncommon, but the awesomeness of a girl with a grill far exceeds the novelty of it.

My arms are most assuredly not big, I’ve got popeye muscle bellies in the forearm like 1 1/2" smaller than my upper arm, but the forearm bellies are short, or my radius/ulna are over-long.

anyone know what the current mindset is on acetaminophen/ibuprofin recommendations is?
ie take one or the other or both for muscle/joint soreness.

when I had tendentious the doctor prescribed 2400 mg of IBUProfen a day. Ended up curing it on my own. Too many bicep curls with barbell.
