Short, sweet, and absolutely brutal day. Matched a PR on back Squats with 500 x 5, then set a PR on leg press with 10 pps x 20. Pretty much dead now…

Blaze: ya, I went into today’s session and felt like going for it…since my training partner was there, he pressured me to try 5 plates, so I did and it was a success lol.
Insane day tho, almost collapsed after the leg press Dropset.

I have been dieting for my first bodybuilding show for 3 weeks now, and am currently 18 weeks out, sitting at 211 lb.
I just use sleeves as well.
@ AJ: ya, that’s what I’ve been doing too…I’m thinking about ordering wraps though and giving them a try.
