Haha, I love it man, bring on the big lifts so I have to keep up.
Here’s the recipe, it’s also on Layne Norton’s facebook page.
(mix and match ingredient amounts for more/less)
2 servings pumpkin (canned, natural (no added sugar))
3/4 cup egg beaters or egg whites
3 tbsp baking splenda
3/4-1 scoop whey protein
3/4-1 serving whole grain, multigrain pancake mix
Blend/mix, cook, enjoy : ).

Not to bust your bubble, but anything with pumpkin is awesome ;D
I use oat flour in my pancakes. And those are the only things I don’t mind eating day in and day out.
Happy Holidays Hun
Haha, ya pumpkin is great to cook with. Adds a ton of flavor, high in fiber, low in carb. Happy holidays to you too.

Not anymore. I haven’t for a while now. But when I do my contest next fall, I’m pretty positive that he will do my prep.

I hear doing low weight for really high reps really burns the fat and cuts up the muscle

When I’m trying to get cut up for the beach, I routinely hit sets of 15-25 to really get jacked

Excellent, I’m sure he’ll get you diced.
I notice he put you through a some of his periodization that worked pretty successfully. Very similar some training that he logged himself in 2003 on another forum. I’m tempted to try something similar myself one of these days since it seems to work so well.
Anyways keep up the good work big dog.

He did. It was a modified form of his Power Hypertrophy template, and it worked great. I will probably run another like that in a month or so.

Hmm, probably not. The way I did it before was great for both strength and size.

I’ve tried my own template of Power Hypertrophy training, I got really great results doing this. I more or less took the general guideline he layed out in ‘Unleashed’ – although I got burned out after a couple months because I didn’t deload. Did you keep a training log here on TN when you did it?
