Haha, my glutes aren’t THAT lean lol…I wish. Maybe next contest. If they look it, then great, but I have a bit more to pinch there than the equivalent to knuckle skin.

My stomach was just a bit upset from the carb intake, but I got used to it and also switched all of my carbs to either plain rice cakes, bananas, or sweet potatoes. These are all easy to digest and have given me no issues with bloating/digestion.

10 minutes incline treadmill (3.2/7-10)
Band/BW Upper Body Circuit
Purple Band Rows x 15
Pink Mini Band OH Extensions x 15
Pink Mini Band Front Raises x 12 LR
Pushups x 20
Monster Mini Band Curls x 12-15
Band Pull Aparts x 15

Went through this 5 times…got a nice pump.

Polygraph and tanning later today. Will hopefully get some pics up after the tanning.

Good luck man, you should be REALLY happy with your conditioning especially as it’s your first contest.
