If only it were that simple.

I don’t hate America, and I most definitely don’t hate myself, but I would kill for a British passport.

For real? I’ve got one and I’d just as soon use it as toilet paper.

Maybe we can work something out here. You’ve got a U.S. passport and I’ve got a British passport. Criss cross.

Yeah, I think you’d be happier with the trade than Yamato would be. I predict that after three months in the States he would be pining for Blighty, where yeah, the weather is dismal and soft totalitarianism is on the rise, but at least people get his jokes.

This thread has convinced me that what Yamato loves is the idea of America, not the country itself. Kind of like the man who falls in love with the girl in a pinup poster from a previous century, not realizing that she looks nothing like that in real life today.
There are parts of Queensland that are as or more right-wing than any red state in the U.S. The problem is country towns and rural areas are devoid of attractive, unattached women. I live in a rural area but spend much of my time in Sydney and Melbourne.
How would you say Australia compares to the UK mate ? My cousin lived over there for two years and absolutely loved the place but he was backpacking smoking dope and nailing tourists every night so I imagine his experience isn’t quite a good representation of real life there.

Good question. I haven’t been to the UK for about 12 years but it was already rotten to the core when I was living and working there. I’ve always been a right-winger; had to hide it, still do. In fact PWI here has been kind of a secret outlet for me. I’m not one to talk down my own family but as this is anonymous let me just say my UK relatives are idiotic leftists. My uncle, who is Oxford “educated” and earns big money as a psychiatrist once called me a Nazi for quoting Thomas Hobbes. Anyway, pretty much everyone I came into contact with - Bristol University, guys and gals at work, in pubs and clubs etc. was pretty much totally indoctrinated(Western Marxism / cultural Marxism). That’s pretty much it. In fact, I haven’t really had any right-wing friends until recently and also a few folk at T-Nation I consider friends.

Actually I was doing the same only drinking not smoking pot. And I was working long hours(for a while I had three part time jobs up to 70 hours a week). Started a degree but only did a few units before dropping out. Came back to Australia and started at uni again here. I actually liked a lot about Europe and the UK amd still do but I just cannot deal with the ideology everywhere. However don’t consider me a normal example. Most people don’t think the way I do.

I spent some time in France and a month in Rome; also travelled Germany and Austria. Great skiing in Austria at Mt Zell am See. Before I comment on that i should say for the mods:

Yes, I know I used up my nine lives and I’m now on delayed posting. No complaints as I know a lot of other people are too. The following is not meant to insult anyone, merely a factual observation:

A large percentage of guys you will encounter in the parts of Austria I travelled are gay and there’s nothing at all wrong with that but just keep in mind. Watch your back as they say. Really every bar and club I went to I thought I was in a…you know. One of those places. Creepy. Unnerving. Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

Oh, I forgot to compare it to Australia. What can I say about Australia? Jesus, this would take forever. Main population centres on the East Coast along with Melbourne and to a lesser extent Perth and Hobart are the only places you’d really want to be if you’re single and not a dingbat. Great beaches all along the East Coast. The Gold Coast is great; a big party strip; great place to get laid. Melbourne has the best restaurants and the nightlife is better than Sydney(although Sydney is not too bad). Melbourne has the best shopping too.

I’m not a dandy but I love quality clothes so I get my silk boxer shorts and Egyptian cotton socks and all the other comfortable, fly stuff I wear from Melbourne. Perth is interesting and more laid back. There’s an underground dance party scene there that attracts a lot of weirdos but if you’re into trip hop, dubstep and other types of “alternative” dance music that’s somewhere you should check out. Hobart is small and kind of odd. In fact Tasmania is odd. It would take too much time to explain why. It reminds me of the South Island of New Zealand in many ways.

Okay, time for a new paragraphs methinkums. Are you into fine wine? Australia has some of the best in the world. That’s the only reason you’d visit South Australia; that and the food and produce. It’s worth it if you’re into that. Victoria has some great wine regions and produce too. Just outside Melbourne you’ve got the Yarra, the Dandenongs and the Mornington Peninsula. It would take too long to explain why I love some of these places. I love Australia. At least, the Australia that was and that lives on in the hearts of true nationalists. Not many of us left and we have to hide in the closet or get ostracised as “Nazis”. I’ll post some more about Australia later if I get the time.

Thanks for the in depth summary  . I myself am not a nationalist but I agree there is definitely a claustrophobic and discouraging attitude to debate and politics in general in the UK. As for what I am into I am a pretty quiet guy, I just like spending time with my family and my girlfriend. What I want in the future is some land in a quiet rural setting. Any work that is manual and outside. I am not after money or the typical goals of people chasing the American dream.

I just want to live somewhere quiet and rural and be left alone. I know sounds sad haha.

My man, you’ve just described exactly what I want to do. I’ve been to every country town in across the country and salivated at properties and almost bought one. The problem is I can’t. I might as well admit it as everyone here knows it. I don’t have it in me to marry a woman and raise children. I’d prefer a black on black 911 S Turbo and a blowjob to be honest.

My problem is no money but I am addressing that. I would trade the 911 for some animals and solar panels and a cheap ass ktm.

Yep.
Are you self sustaining through hunting ? I would love to have some land where I could grow some crops, a few animals and a generator for a big freeze to store harvested game meat. I am hooked on shows like meat eater and find the folks who live with a real connection to their homes and their food really inspiring.
