The video was created by SVT humor. The message isn’t one about promoting that everyone should have interracial sex (although you most definitely should not limit your options!). The message is that everyone needs to learn how to get along as our countries become much more mixed. This is probably especially true in countries such as Sweden that are pretty typically blonde hair - blue eyed.
