I donāt need to answer my own rhetorical questions. I know that this situation is not black and white. Many people can be pro-life and acknowledge that fact. We started with the fact that you canāt acknowledge the difference between a fetus and a fully developed human, I strongly disagree with that premise and because of that disagreement I donāt think weāre going to reach any common ground. I appreciate the civility in the discussion, but I really donāt think weāre going anywhere.
There is plenty to discuss as it is a challenging topic with a lot of grey area. Hard to do that if either side views it as black and white.
No, it makes perfect sense. It is either murder, or human life is not inherently valuable (for whatever reason the person in question wants to put here). You seem to be arguing that the āhuman-nessā could be lacking early on and therefor the early life isnāt valuable. So you would fall into the second category of it isnāt murder since some human life isnāt a human being and doesnāt have value.

Not baiting you at all. Iām genuinely exploring the subject. The questions Iām asking you are the same ones Iām challenging myself with. Emotionally Iām with you. I feel largely the same way you probably feel. It is my brain what isnāt convinced to which Iād love to have some answer as a means of appeasing my conscience. I find it internally troubling that I seem to not care as much as I think I should about some forms of what I can only rationally define as murder.
