Hey guys, i have been suffering for over a year now with hormone imbalance, started when i took my oral steroid first cycle and everything was fine until i started with saw pallmeto during the cycle to prevent hairloss and then i got all the side effects of estrogen including gyno.
.
Everything went back to normal 2 months after pct, and i started with saw pallmeto again( i didnt now that it was the problem), and then estrogen went up again and since then i have been feeling horrible, depressed, very weak, lose of muscle mass, foggy brain, and i dont why but my skin became very thin and got alot of stretch marks…
Iam 22 years old with very good moscular physique, but it seems that estrogen had ruind me in every way, my brain, the body, my sex drive, i have spook with several doctors and the only thing they say is WAIT, because they thing it will get better on its own but it does not, i has been 8 months!
My hormones are fine on papper, and estrogen is in the highst end of the range, and in the last bloodwoork was above the range. so i have decided to start with arimidex(i did use letrozle before), to lower my estrogen, and it has been almost 2 weeks and i dont feel a difference i still have breast tenderness, foggy brain, weaknes and the list goes on. i started with 0.25 mg ed and then uped the dosage to 0.5 and now iam taking 1 mg ed! i know its very high but i thought maybe my body need higher dosage, and that dose make me feel like crap and depressed so i decided to stick with 0.5 mg eod.
The stuff is not fake i can feel it with the itchiness and dht is up because i keep geting acne, and the libido is higher, but i still have penis shrinkage and no mornings wood.
the main quastion is why does my estrogen still high? ,do i realy have that much estrogen remaining in the body even when the aramotase activity is so low, do the body fat has to do with it? even with 1 mg ed i still have breast tenderneass, and the same other symptoms, i know that it does take 7 dayes for the drug to reach maximum plasma levels. I did increase my broccoli and fiber intake to make sure that iam geting rid of the excessive estrogen.
Excuse my language but iam from Sweden, and i realy appreciate any help guys!
