No, not at all. I’d say it’s more likely Poliquin was refering to athletes because they make the vast majority of his clientele.
Lack of research is no excuse. What makes you think any respectable organization is going to sink resources into researching a substance that’s illegal in 99% of the cases and shouldn’t be used anyway?

Are you kidding me? There has been millions upon millions of dollars of research in marijuana, from its abilities as pain killer to its glaucoma reducing capabilities.
Just cause a drug is illegal doesnt mean money isnt dumped into it. The government spent millions of dollars on opium as a Spike-like stimulant during the building of the railroads the japanese built that many use today. Cocaine as well. Millions of dollars the coca cola company spent on cocaine from having it harvested, shipped, cut and bottled in each and every can of coke, many years ago.

I doubt many people are even aware that cocaine is why Coke has the name it does. I also doubt many understand its regular use by “high society” including ex-presidents in the early years of this country.

Coke was only used by EX-presidents a long time ago?

It’s going to be hard to avoid environmental estrogens.
I’ve read that high lignan flax oil and Calcium D Glucarate offer protection.
Anybody have any views on these suggestion?
Also, whatever happened to M?
Calcium D Glucarate helps clear excess estrogen from the bloodstream. It was an ingredient in M. I dont know what happened to M, but its main ingredient Vitex is still in Alpha Male.
Either way, you can buy Vitex alone from many health food stores. How it compares to the vitex in M Biotest used to sell Im not sure, remember again everything here is of much higher quality herb than you would find in a store. You might wanna PM Cy on exact dosages.

Sorry if I wasn’t clear before. What I was meant was, research in marijuana’s effects on testostone/estrogen levels in normal, otherwise healthy adults.
Marijuana’s effects on certain diseases is a different story, as you pointed out.
And btw, I looked up the quote and Poliquin was referrering to athletes he’s encounterd in his practice.

I just recently learned a bit about this topic.
Apprently, synthetic estrogens are found in DDT (pesticide), pthalate exters or PEs (plasticizers), and PCBs (in transformers). Such substances have been shown to decrease libido and increase impotence and breast size in men.
Interestingly, sperm count has been declining 1-2% per year in recent decades.
That’s very interesting indeed. Would you happen to have any links or studies that support this? Thanks.
