Side effects for anastrozole are those for women who take 1mg/day to achieve E2ā>zero and those effects are not direct from anastrozole, but from very low E2. In a male TRT context, low dose anastrozole is used to get low-normal E2 levels that might be found in young virile males and there are no negative effects from that when dose is adjusted to achieve target E2 levels. It is insane that medical professionals are so stupid that they canāt understand a drug in the context of its use in males. Doctors memorized stuff, the only way to get through school. Critical thought and deductive reasoning is not part of most doctorās careers.

I feel like my insurance is going to start to get angry about the amount of endos Iāve gone too. This guy even has me going to get a testicular ultrasound because of the e2 levels? I have no idea.
I also mentioned Iāve been gaining weight like crazy. 15 pounds in 2 months and thatās with careful macro management cardio and weightlifting. He said itās muscle but I have a hard time telling that to my abs
