Equipoise is usually run from 200-400 mg/week, and up to 600mg a week, anything over that from what I understand is overkill. Eq is also known to increase red blood cells which are integral to the oxygen carrying capacity of the blood, so it will actually increase your endurance. I am about to add some eq to my next cycle as well. I would recommend stacking it with something though i don’t know what your plan is.
