Moving is no option, my sons live here. And clock is running out for big bench, i do not grow yonger. If i do not die in two years, i cut everything to high trt and be aboutvsam size as now, and powerlevel 500 bench and bent over row.
I wanna break national record before retiring.
I will break 600 raw. Then i can live more normally. I do not have deathwish, i just dont fear it and i know its possible to die anytime.
I have been burned, crashes, shot, knifed, beated… my old coach just got massive heart attack and now he cant do anything heavier than walk anymore. I know the risks.
Just be careful dude. Sounds like you have a son you care about. Dying is one thing, but you may end up like your former coach. I get it. It is addicting chasing numbers. It isn’t worth your life though.
Good thing here is that i only compete 4-6 times anymore, then i will become normal bodybuilder with very moderate doses.
I use very much superfoods, vitamins, guard herbs etc to combat bad effects for body.
Maybe i am little too recless, that must be come those “accidents” i have.
My training is very pro in all possible aspects.
And thanks for kind words.
I forgot this; if end up plant/braindead etc. My brother will cut life support, i do same to him.
So no years of shit, thank god.
This sentence was harsh but what I meant by it is: if you’re not a record number Mr. Olympia or worlds strongest man or trying to set a record nobody will ever break, then dying for the Gym is not worth it in my opinion.
I understand what you are saying. Training is your rock you hold on to. But there’s more to life than training and boozing.
Every man needs a mission. Take on one that moves your life and your sons life forward.
I respect you for protecting your family and seemingly doing what it takes. Take that energy and mindset and invest it in something for the longer run too! You probably have at least 30 years left and you can use every single day of it to strive. If you die in the next 5 years, you leave 25 years of impacting the world in a positive way unused. That’s bad for everybody.
Thanks, that IS national record that i will break in two years, then i retire from comps.
