I don’t really care for Charlie Sheen either way, but I’m a very nostalgic man and with his drugs and boozing and carousing with porn stars and especially with his hairstyle it makes me feel like it’s 1992 again.
So this news lately makes me strangely happy.

Because he’s the star of a top rated show on network TV?[/quote]
I don’t put much weight behind being on network TV. Probably because it sucks worse than the fucking Holocaust. By that I mean I would rather be gassed and have my corpse bulldozed into a mass grave than watch 5 seconds of whatever abortion of a television program the networks see fit to air.

Maybe originally, but he wasn’t bad in Platoon and Wall Street. Sure, Defoe, Berenger and Douglas were better, but he was pretty good.

Yeah as I mentioned earlier, he was in a movie that won best picture @ 20.

Yeah…I’m sure he was the reason why it got best picture. He was in Platoon, he wasn’t Platoon.

Uhhhhh what?
He’s one of the main characters in that movie. Yes movies are a collective art form, but he is a big part of the reason that movie was so great.

He just sounds like a guy who has been through some serious shit, makes no apologies, and is laughing at the how much people seem to think that what the fuck goes on in his life is so important.
