ephedrine and ephedra are still illegal in the People’s Republic of California, so what’s an easy way for us unfortunate ones to get it?

CA has a state statute that bans ephedrine and ephedra, unless they just recently repealed the law.

I just visited my parents in California a couple of months ago and bought some primatene ephedrine hcl at a local supermarket…
my bad DPH. apparently it’s only illegal if it’s sold as a weight-loss supplement, but not if it’s a bronchodilator. . . that’s the most retarded thing i’ve ever heard, and i wish i had heard about this sooner.

Hey hey…things seem to be wrapped up here, but I’ll just throw in that you can get ephedrine hcl in 8mg tabs in bottles of 30 tabs otc up here in Canada. The cost is around 10 bucks (Canadian) a bottle, so it should be about a buck and a half U.S.

ephedrine is a fairly powerful CNS stimulant…
I bought the vasopro pill in order for me to lose weight. HOw many pills do i have to take a day inorder for it to work? please help me out on this?
You should have purchased a fat burner instead of a stimulant then. That being said, I’ve noticed ephedrine does curb my appetite a little. If you bought vaso-pro don’t take more than 1 tablet at a time. They’re the 25mg ephedrine tabs I believe. I have before and it feels terrible.
Space them out through the day if you have to, 4-5 hrs apart.
I’d still go with a REAL fat burner instead of Vaso-pro, it’s ONLY the ephedrine, thus you’re getting mostly just the CNS effects, not so much the fat burners.

The reason why i purchased vaspro is because it contains ephedrine… I took two at a time and I felt really bad I was thinking for not using them anymore… but then I took one and it wasn’t so bad… Thanks for the input i’ll try and space them out and only take two a day… what fat burners do you Recommend?
Try your local gas station or truck stop. I see them there all the damn time. Mini-thins are everywhere still.

Sorry Ghost22 but you’re wrong. Before Fat burners were even on the market, Dan Duchaine recommended this combo for specifically this affect.
You can use the Vaso Pro for fat loss and it is actually less expensive per dose than a “fat burner”.
Just add 200mg of caffine (can get on the net cheap) and an asprin. This will give you the same dose of the active ingredients in the most “popular” “fat burners”. Space the doses out about four hours and don’t take any after 5pm or you won’t be sleeping.

Use the Vaso Pro, it’s more cost effective. See my other post as to how to make it work.
Just remember, diet is more important than the pills your popin’ for weight loss.
Go read Berardi’s 7 Habbits and consider his Gourmet Nutrition for meal ideas. It has made a huge difference in reaching my fatloss goals. More so than pills have in the past.
Echo what everyone else said. Ephedra is the natural form, ephedrine is the synthetic version.
I find it disturbing the FDA banned the natural substance ephedra but still allows ephedrine a free ride. Can you say “Money!” If they can manufacture it and profit from it, it would have to take thousands of people dying before they would yank it(think Vioxx).
However, take a natural herb, and a few complaints, and they ban it. Remember, there is absolutely ZERO proof that ANYONE has ever died conclusively from taking ephedra.
Yes, the FDA are nothing but a bunch of criminal terrorists. Worse than any middle eastern terror group. They have certainly killed more people.
Either way, I would say always go for the natural herb over anything man made. If you can get ephedra, use that.
And cycle it as well.
To my knowledge it will not work as ephedrine. Pseudo ephedrine is a decongestant, not a bronchial dilator with stimulant effects.

It is sold online at multiple stores, there is no federal ban, it’s only banned in some states as being sold as a fat burner.
You could look for something called , Sida Cordifolia, after Ephedrine,Ephedra,Ma Huang was banned in the UK, Sida Cordifoli a carried on, don’t know what the deal is in the States or Canada, we seem to have similar drug and supplements laws to you.
Sida Cordifolia was used in Ultimate Orange over here, replacing Ma Huang, it basically works the same. Sometimes its called Country Mallow. I think its a close relative of Ma Huang but originates in India rather than China.
You can get it in Canada for like 4.99 for a bottle of 50. There always 8mg. Allmax is the best brand
My bad Thai Fighter, I haven’t been on the lifting scene as long as some of you folks, at least not since before fat burners were big.
I’m also an ecto so I use epherdrine exclusively for powerlifting. My education on fat burners is somewhat limited. I made the assumption they were better than something like plain ephedrine.
