Primatine mist tabs are 12.5 mgs of ephedrine with more( dont remember wxact amount) of the exporant that is in them.
I found them to be like taking a cough drop.
Try finding Bronkaid they are 25 mgs ephedrine and sold in the same places you found the others.
I take 2 of them along with 1 HRX and I feel alright then 6-8 hours later I take 2 more with 1 more HRX.
If I take 3-4 tabs of brokaid,which I have tried BTW I get really weird its just too much at once.
whats a good way to help the adrenls bounce back ? other then stopping stimulints ? any ideas ?
also has anyone seens KSMAN around ? havent heard from him…hope all is well with him…thanks guys !

Bro taking 75-100mg of ephedrine, even if it is sulfate (bronkaid) is not a good idea at one time.

I don’t have personal experience with it, but humanofort is said to to help restore the adrenals when they are fatigued.

I know its not a good idea I found out the hard way being dumb I take 50mgs now 2 times a day max
