Ephedra Help!

I originally posted in the steroid forum but have gotten no replies maybe because ephedra is not a steroid lol. Anyway there seems to be alot of different forms of ephedra nowadays. Which ones are the legit one’s?

I bought a bottle of ‘Yellow Bullet’ it has ephedra extract (25 mg of Ephedra Nevedensis). I’m getting conflicting data on google. Is this form of ephedra bunk or legit? Anyone have any experience with ‘Yellow Bullet’?

Ephedra is a nebulous term; you are looking for ephedrine.

Look for asthma medication, such as Bronkaid or Primatene. Check the active ingredients for ephedrine HCl or sulfide.
