Energy Drinks in the News

Haven’t tried Spike Shooter, but am a big fan of regular old Spike. Looks like kids have moved from Robitussen to Spike Shooters:

Did anyone else feel kind of proud that Spike Shooter had the highest caffeine content?

They should change the title of that article to “Stupidity linked to risky behavior among teenagers.”

Notice the fatty said she would stick to mountain dew. Diet may not be a bad idea.

I love the people they find to do interviews on things like this. They eliminate all credibility with their appearance.

The other day the local paper had this story about this lady helping this elderly woman who was being attacked by three pit bulls. The cover picture is of this obese white woman sitting in a plastic lawn chair, you can see the corner of her trailer in the back round, and she is wearing a 2 Pac shirt so big that it looks like she has no pants on. She may not have had pants on. Who knows? Its like the paper reporter rolled her out of her white trash palace and she was like let me get ready to have my picture taken, I just gotta throw on my XXXL 2 Pac shirt. Sorry, but that what this makes me think of. This woman could not identify her own fat feet if you showed her a picture of them, I doubt she is a dog breed expert.

No shit. I love that when people fuck up, it’s someone else’s fault. “Hey, the can only has like 10 warnings on it, but we are only high school students, it’s not like we can read or have any common sense.”

Die in a fire.

Spike is some pretty powerful stuff. A kid I was working with on Sat was hung over and tired and he was bitching most of the day. I had him get a Spike and within seconds of ingesting it’s cafinated goodness he was fine. He looked in it and remarked it resembled gasoline mixed with water and it didn’t look healthy.

The active drug in robitussen is pretty powerful and can be useful in “shamanistic” ways, if you have that mindset.
