Five half-lives for clearance. Half-life of test c is 5-7 days.

You can always just start taking shots again. Keep in mind it’ll take a little time to get you back to normal. This is a hormonal roller coaster for your body and it will require some adjustment.

Also, just as an FYI, there are significantly better ways to come off trt. Your doctor gave you one half of one way. So if in the future you wish to get off you can do it a few other ways that should be less disruptive.

Sure thing. So I would approach it this way:

After you stop the test you start on HCG. 250iu eod is a good protocol. Run that from last test injection to 21 days out. At that point you add your SERM. Normally enclomiphene is relatively free of side effects, but in your case that’s not at all true. So cross that off the list. Also cross off Clomid because it’s the more side effect heavy version of enclomiphene. So use tamoxifen (Nolva) instead. 20mg/d for six weeks. You won’t feel great during any of that, but the goal is recovery long term. Hopefully the combo of HCG and then tamoxifen will be enough to give you the restart you’re looking for.

Thanks man. On the hcg would I incorporate an AI if I aromatize heavily to estrogen? I ask because I was having to take it with hcg and test

Very possible that it’s necessary for you, but don’t use it prophylactically. Only use as needed.
