Wow! There is some really nutty shit over in this little corner of T-Nation.
Some of you folks need to learn the value of fact checking and cross referencing sources. Also, peer reviewed articles tend to be slightly more reliable than internet conspiracy sites;)
I’m gonna go lift some heavy shit and then eat.
Fuck all y’all I’m outa here.
Why do you guys rip on JTF? He posts a lot of interesting and controversial links.
The question is: is history a random walk or a planned out sequence of events?
Further, would anyone be surprised if powerful people didn’t want to stay in power, and might manipulate events? I’d be surprised if they DIDN’T. And it doesn’t make someone a nut if he is suspicious of powerful people; it makes him wise.
We know what evil humans are capable of. Look at Churchill admitting that he tried to get German subs to fire on neutral shipping (to get the US in WWI). That’s not manipulating events? Power is a drug and people will abuse it. JTF points this out.
From someone who wants to see Ron Paul elected, please, p-l-e-a-s-e stop posting shit like this. Stop making him, by association, look like some paranoid, white separatist, cut-and-past-fanatic (JTF, that means you), wackjob. Please. Stop.

Okay, I’ve decided…you are the biggest fucking idiot on the site. Thanks for posting again to make up my mind. And while I know you want it to be a compliment…it’s not.
Apparently you can’t get your arms around the concept of VP Bush’s son having dinner plans with the brother of the guy who just shot the President – ON THAT VERY SAME NIGHT.
You can’t even have the reasoning power of a 1st grader if you aren’t in the least bit phased by that bizarre coincidence.

I have noticed something about these conspiracy nuts. It seems that the further down you are on the socio-economic scale the more inclined you are to buy into these wild theories. ANd of course it takes a bit of a persecution complex to go along with it…
“Further down on the socio-economic scale”? How astute… was it my “Level 4” status that tipped you off?
And do you know why?
Because guys like JustTheFacts really don’t understand how the system works. They’re too far from the picture to really take any of it in. Things happen every day that they just don’t get. Why are they being “held back”? It’s teh systems fault…it must be!
Your right, things happen everyday that I just don’t get… I’m sure glad you’re here to explain the ways of the system.
Btw, just how old were you back in 1988/1989? And did you enjoy the “tour”?
They’re sitting way out there in left field and dog gone it they just know that all those guys WAY UP THERE are plotting and planning against them, and against anyone (Ron Paul etc.) who is brave enough to step up grab %4 of the vote and take a stand.
Run!
Take cover!
The evil American empire and a certain elite few will get you.
Okay, I can’t believe I just spent these past few minutes typing out what just about everyone who reads this asinine thread already knows…or should know.
JustTheFacts…do yourself a favor and shut the fuck up.
I’m out of here. And from this point forward I’m going to ignore (or try to) all threads where this brainless asshole spreads his conspiracy bullshit. And if we all do the same maybe just maybe he’ll go away.
Hope springs eternal.
4%? Talk about conspiracy theories. Apparently this tiny percentage has managed to hijack and spam every single online opinion poll and comment section and raise a record $20 million in about $100 increments. Also this tiny band of tech savvy Ron Paul supporters “somehow” hijacks the CNN and Fox news call in polls… THIS you believe.
His support is ALL just a clever illusion… now THATS kooky.
“The business of skepticism is to be dangerous. Skepticism challenges established institutions. If we teach everybody, including, say, high school students, habits of skeptical thought, they will probably not restrict their skepticism to UFOs, aspirin commercials, and 35,000-year-old channelees. Maybe they’ll start asking awkward questions about economic, or social, or political, or religious institutions. Perhaps they’ll challenge the opinions of those in power. Then where would we be?”

Seriously JTF, do you think anyone takes prisonplanet seriously? I watched the spot and am voting for Paul and think that you guys are being silly. In doing this you discredit Paul much more than you might help him.
mike
I appreciate that your supporting Paul, but your extremely naive to think he isn’t in danger of being the victim of an unfortunate “accident”. Even more so because he doesn’t seem to have any skeletons in his closet they can use to mount a serious smear campaign against him. (they’re desperately trying to tie him to white supremacists every chance they get)
I don’t view the Glenn Beck article in any serious sense, other that this would only seem to happen on HIS program. This is most definitely, if not merely a coincidence, his typical brand of “humor”.
But seriously, what would it take for you to be suspicious?
Democratic Governor Mel Carnahan of Missouri killed in plane crash
October 17, 2000
A Carnahan victory against Incumbent Republican Senator John Ashcroft was key to the Democrats’ plans for regaining control of the United States Senate. Under Missouri law, even though he is dead, Carnahan remains on the ballot. That is, the Democratic Party cannot change the ballot. We are now 3 weeks away from the election and the filing deadline has passed.
Paul Wellstone, Fighter
The Nation
May 27, 2002
Paul Wellstone is a hunted man. Minnesota’s senior senator is not just another Democrat on White House political czar Karl Rove’s target list, in an election year when the Senate balance of power could be decided by the voters of a single state. Rather, getting rid of Wellstone is a passion for Rove, Dick Cheney, George W. Bush and the special-interest lobbies that fund the most sophisticated political operation ever assembled by a presidential administration. “There are people in the White House who wake up in the morning thinking about how they will defeat Paul Wellstone,” a senior Republican aide confides. “This one is political and personal for them.” http://www.commondreams.org/views02/0510-04.htm

And he ended up winning and his wife served for him. She must have been in on it!
I suppose there are still a few people who take JTF seriously, but at this point you’d need to conclude that either they’re either too new to know better or they’re beyond help.
The fact that he occasionally has a point shouldn’t lend any weight to his general rantings; a random soil sample may have a few flecks of gold in it but the rest is almost always dirt.
This from someone who was swayed twice by Bush’s amazing charm and intellect. Oh right, technically it was a liberal media plot that tried to make him look bad… but you saw through that.

How about they didn’t expected her to serve in his place.
Who are “they”? They knew someone would serve the term. Ashcroft even stopped campaigning as a show of respect and Carnahan (his wife) ended up winning by a slim margin. A couple years later in a special election the republican won by a slim margin.
Who had Carnahan killed? His wife? Ashcroft? If so why did he stop campaigning? Wouldn’t it have been better to just fix the lection as you always allege?

As for Paul, people like JTF have sealed his fate - to the extent he may have been electable, he’s pretty well ceased to be a possibility with an association with extremists and conspiracy theorists.
There’s no naivite’ or however the hell you spell it here. I’m open in my belief that in the unlikely event Paul were elected president he would be assassinated by some brainwashed .gov agent (I’m looking at you ATF) before putting one foot in office. That said, I’m just pointing out that you need much better sources to rely upon to make your points. Prisonplanet doesn’t cut it.

First of all, Prison Planet is mostly an archive of mainstream news sources documenting the encroaching police state. How can you say “better sources” without comparing PP’s track record to say NYT, Weekly Standard, Fox, CNN, etc?
Second, if you support Ron Paul, you should know that he is a very regular (monthly) guest on Alex Jone’s show…
