My hematocrit was 52% recently. Was on Scrotal cream until switching back to daily injections very recently. Recently, when sitting down I’ve felt slight elevated heart rate and it makes me wanna calm it down and a warm flush-like feeling in my face and ears. I took my bp and it was 152/98. (I do not have hypertension). I have propranolol on hand due to social anxiety and took 40mg after the reading. I took another reading an hour later and it dropped to 122/78.
This has been happening daily for the past couple of weeks while I was still on Scrotal Cream at 3 clicks morning and 3 clicks night time in a 200mg bottle.
Shouldn’t this go away as I’m switching to injections?
No, I went back to injections because having been on injections in the past, the injections gave me better penile sensitivity than the cream does. The cream has really bumped up my drive but not as good for sensitivity.
No, not really. It’s based on TT, e2 (I’ve noticed when my e2 is very high, BP is also very high). I think HCT is dose and frequency related. You can inject daily if you’re TT is low enough then your HCT will come down. Also, look at vitamins that could be impacting CBC. I had no idea B6 could raise HCT and mine got up to 54% while on it
Yeah, as I check into it, I’m finding that lowering the dose and frequency, drinking a ton of water and then re-testing should prove effective. I don’t like the idea of thickening blood and higher bp at all.
