Very high priced pasteurized egg whites

I get them. Your right Phil they’re kinda expensive (28$ for a large container), but cheaper than other brands. It’s way more cost effective to just take the yolk out of regular eggs. Although its a pain in the ass.
I’ve gotten them in the past and loved them. They are so convenient and easy to use! They also have great customer service. They may be a little pricey, but to me the convenience is the trade-off because I hate to throw out perfectly good yolks. They are also a lot less expensive than buying cartons of whites at $2.50/pint in the grocery store!
