Eggs, Egg Whites and More Eggs

Well for me it it really isn’t any more expensive, in fact cheaper than I can get can locally ( we only have one store that wil special order protein powder for me and it’s even more expensive organic shit). If I want to drive 50 miles I can get something cheaper, but then I am paying for gas, so the MD works for me.

That’s absolutely fair, haha. That also sounds like a huge blessing, to have really high quality, amazing tasting protein be your best option.

I just did a quick Google search on vitamin k2 because I heard it’s important to take for heart health, especially if you’re taking vit D supplements.

Turns out egg yolks are a good source of it. Yolks win again! First on flavor, 2nd on heart health!

(I’ll feel dumb if this is common knowledge, first I ever heard it)

I like the egg squares thing. I’m probably just weird, but the perfect square shape really appeals to me.

I’m also certain I’m even more weird because I can’t eat eggs that are even the slightest bit runny. Consistency throws me off.

No they are much too small…they are maybe 2” across. Each one has 2 oz of whites and contains about 6+ of protein

This is the proper way to eat egg whites to gain weight :wink:

I peeled some hard boiled eggs today and gave them one pulse in a blender before stir-frying them with some vegetables. It was delish.

I don’t know why it starts in the middle.
