Effective Natural Aromatase Inhibitors?

I know that this has been asked before, but main thread on the topic thread was rather short and went in various directions.

Has anyone found an effective “natural” AI yet? DIM never really worked for me nor did calcium-d-glucarate. I have been on TRT for over a decade and had been pretty much dialed in. Recently had to transition from a generic Fortesta gel because of cost, and more importantly, limited supply. I now seem to be experiencing some symptoms of high-ish E2 and looking to try to lower it to see if that favorably affects the symptoms.

Anything new (and effective) in the “natural” AI (i.e. non-prescription) area?

I was taking .25mg Anastrozole on Tuesdays and Fridays. My leg hair is all gone. I’m taking 5mg of Boron every day for my needs Boron is excellent it is also needed in our body. It is available on line and its not expensive. I paid $~16.00 for 240, 5mg’s. You have nothing to lose.

You could try vitamin D, Zinc and one i just recently learned about, Melatonin. If you want to research these just type in (Zinc, Vitamin D, Melatonin) lowers estrogen, in google.

Learned the hard way about melatonin when i took it consistently, and woke up one day with ZERO libido, felt way off. Apparently it lowers aromatase.

But a better question, why are you trying to lower your e2?

I have found that progesterone inhibits high E2 symptoms, emotional and physical including swolen nips. Many men on TRT have supressed levels of upstream hormones including progesterone which opposes estrogen. Low progesterone with normal estrogen = estrogen dominance.
