Some guys on cycles report diminished sexual function. You want to fix the ED, lower your dosage. Basically from running Total T levels this high, estrogen can spike high which also can cause serotonin to spike, and anyone that’s been on an anti-depressant can tell you, ED is common place.
Without full lab work who knows.

TRT isn’t a panacea, untreated medical problems that lead to the suppressed testosterone, on TRT sometimes they continue with the same issues. An example, venous leak.
Treatment for venous leak is Viagra and or Cialis.
You’re fighting an infection.
How you been on TRT, mild cycle?
What is your age, height, weight, diet?
