Let’s create a country called America Duex which has the exact same freedoms currently as America and the same demographic makeup.
They decide to rework the government and make it a pure democracy. Everything gets voted on by the people.
Now on the next ballot there is a proposal that all members of the LGBTQ community will be forced to live inside a walled off area in the high desert somewhere. And the ballot says anyone standing up for these folks will be jailed.
Given the stated demographics there is a high likelihood something like this could pass.
Now where do you stand? With the idiot public? It’s what you asked for.

Yep. My dude basically told me to write my own check (cash, but anyways). I dont hit him too hard for a few reasons, but he has never even flinched when I give him a number at the end of the day or week.
