Eating 6 Times a Day. Fact or Fiction?

I eat at least five times a day and it works for me. Some people take their daily Calories and divide by six to determine how many Calories to consume per meal. I try to break it down to match energy expenditure and my workouts. The highest Calorie meal is my post workout meal ~50g P 100g CHO and less than 10g F. My second largest meal is breakfast ~45g P 60g CHO and less than 10g F (These are cutting numbers). I just mixed up a “typical snack meal”, a broccoli and spinach protein shake, which is around 200 Calories. I use one scoop of protein powder (~26g), 1 cup frozen broccoli, 1 cup frozen spinach and I use it to wash down three fish oil caps and 1 borage oil capsule.
