Not me that’s for sure. It says on the site he personally inspects each bike for quality, does he have an engineering or fabrication background that we are unaware of? I looked into his background, but it doesn’t say anything about a formal education in engineering or anything of the sort. He was actually a cop, like big Ron, lol.
However, it may just be something he’s been into as a hobby for a long time and learned from personal experience. I’m sure we all know guys that can tell you even more about your car than the people that made it yet they have no “formal” training, just love cars and like to take them apart and put them back together.

I don’t think the pictures of Flex in BB comp. briefs is going to motivate your typical chopper customer to buy one of his bikes. Maybe if he put some pants on… just for the website.
