Look for a skinny old dude in the back of the room…Hopefully, my daughter won’t have a game so I can stick around and perhaps we could grab a bite and a beer!

Thanks all- Had a fever of up to 101 for 14 days so not horrible but draining; with no other symptoms other than fatigue and no appetite ( lost 6 lbs)…Blood and Urine all fine… Test for Lyme…nada… so its a little frustrating that everything checks out fine but I was hurting and we still don’t know what it was/is. I’m without fever now , but sluggish.

I’ve come to my own conclusion that it was/is stress… Work issues with ownership, implementation of a new ERP system, coupled with aggressive workouts and not enough recovery; I believe sent my body into defensive mode and left me wide open to ills. Its too bad actually, my lifts were moving in the right direction and I had planned for December tests of max…now I hope I can incline my BW which is yet again pathetically light.

going to start back up (easy) tomorrow.

Great to read you’re better and nothing’s life threatening. I find that besides lifting, laughing a lot relieves stress.
