I’ve been pinning 50mg E3D so if I pin on Monday, I’d wait, Tuesday, Wednesday, and pin on Thursday.
I hear some people say that would be 250mg a week. I know with E3D the days pinning with the week are weird so one week will be pinning twice and then the next 3 times with E3D HELPPPPPPPP
That’s just under 120 mg per week.
30 days per month ÷ every 3rd day = 10 pins per 50mg which is 500mg/month.
500mg ÷ 4 weeks = 125mg/week
Who are these people?
Different forums I been hearing that and that E3D you are technically taking more than E2D. I switched from two days a week to every third day doing 50mg every pin. Overall I feel amazing just acne is through the roof and was a littler paranoid I was taking way to much from what people said. I even was considering going back to twice a week kinda at a stand still rn.
This would probably be best and easiest to calculate and is closest to what you’re doing now.
Don’t listen to people that can’t do basic arithmetic. This includes yourself.
