Even suits fit in a way that usually have to be tailored and tapered, bringing the shoulders out and the middle in.

How do you bring the shoulders out in a suit? It’s not like they’re made with extra fabric hidden inside the seams!
lol
Usually the taylor takes extra fabric from behind the shoulder blades. I’m not sure how they ultimately stitch it. I think they just pull tighter, giving extra room in the shoulder seams.
Really?
I think they usually get you into a larger size, then taper the midsection and alter the sleeve length.
Yeah they do, but it gives a sloppy fit. You buy a size larger which leaves unnecessary slack in the midsection and the back. A good tailor will take slack out of the back too, otherwise it looks retarded.
You may rephrase my first post to “they take the slack out of the midsection and back of a larger coat allowing more shoulder room” if it makes you feel good.
For me, at 6’2" I think it was around the time I hit 205lbs 15% BF. I started at 170lbs. But it has a lot to do with what clothes you wear and your posture as well as your actual size.

when you have shoulders like cannonballs, 18" gunz, and traps that poke through your dress shirts, then people no longer ask you ‘if you work out’, they ask you how much you bench, what is your diet, are you on steroids, and…believe it or not, even the dudes check you out as much as the wimmenz.
From my experience, at my height (~6’), 200lbs seems to be the magic number. When I am smaller than that, people treat me a little differently, subtly “challenge” me more, give less “respect”, give you the “I’m not getting out of the way and gonna stick my elbow out” when trying to make my way through a crowded bar…
To contrast that, ten years ago when I was playing rugby for a superleague team and weighing about 250lbs DIESEL, when I walked through a bar, people parted like the red fucking sea. I’m down to 220ish now and although I’m nowhere near in the shape I was in ten years ago, I’m still generally one of the bigger, stronger guys in most situations I’m in. Except when I periodically hang out with BG and LEW - then I’m the fucking midget! LOL

6’0ft and about 215…last time I checked bodyfat it was 12.9%…I can see all six abs visibly…IDK…I think being about 220 with 10% body fat will fair me better but I still always feel small…I still don’t consider myself a “Big Guy” although friends and family tell me otherwise.

That sounds fun! I JUST moved back to VA, so the date is floating right now, but I’ll hit u up when we decide. I know that I’ll be going to see BG in a powerlifting tournament in a few months up in PA. I’ll let you know.

LMAO. Despite the potential for destruction, every time I hang out with BG and LEW, we all behave! I guess we’re old! LOL
