DVD Movies on PC

What software are y’all using to play DVD movies on your PC’s?

I’ve gotten a few different MPEG-2 codecs for WMPlayer and they all suck.

I have Nero Showtime on another workstation but don’t have the installer.

Anyone have any suggestions for a DVD Software Player-- preferably freeware?

vlc media player. download for free and it will play any format

X2 on VLC. Before I found out about VLC, I used to use DIVX player. The codecs that came with DIVX played many files that quicktime or windows media player couldn’t recognize.

I use VLC as well.

Another vote for VLC. I use it for everything and have had ZERO problems playing any format, video or audio, so far. Plus VLC is a very small player, it does not take up a lot of memory.

Media Player Classic, as part of K-Lite codec pack. Never have an issue running anything.

VLC is good too.
