Ohh and people to answer the overtraining part i did have protein powder and i was recovering and able to go to gym same amount but once i ran out i still kept working out the same and that led to my arms getting weaker and lately i have to warmup for ages before i can use them how i usually would…
Like i used to be able to crank out the pullups straight up but now have to warmup for ages before i can even do a couple and my biceps just feel weak same with triceps and shoulders…
Before today i dimt work out for four days and today i was almost up to normal but still felt a bit weak
Cant get a job in the small town i live in.
However i do work on the family farm sometimes but for free
Maybe if you ask Chris he could move this to the training log section and you could log all your training here for us to help you.
I also don’t think you’re overtrained, it probably isn’t possible at your level. Stop worrying about it. Not having a protein shake for a week isn’t going to cause you to go from fine to overtrained.

And @kd13 with your program what rest between sets would you recommend?
And should i do static stretching at the end of the workout? I usually do and find it helps alot .
I also like to warm my body up on the treadmill,cross trainer ,or exercise bike for ten minutes before working out is this ok?

Couple of things…
What you call “overtraining” is from doing random stuff in the gym instead of having a well-designed routine. Stretching is fine. A short warm-up is fine. Start training with that routine immediately, don’t wait for the protein and stuff to arrive.
It makes more sense for you to start a new thread in the Training Log forum instead of moving this whole discussion over there. And if I see you post again in the Pharma forum for any reason whatsoever, you’re gone.

I tried romanian deadlifts onthe smith today but it just never feels right. … and same with squats.
Im ditching thise two and using dumbells lol i hate the stuoid smith machine.
I will still try bent over rows but otherwise that il just do dumbell press …

For someone inexperienced like you going heavy in a smith machine is very davgerous imo cause no matter how dangerous of a possition you’ll get in,the bar will keep moving
If I only had access to a smith machine I’d work in the 8-20 rep range,doing moderate to high volume and avoiding grinders
Plus starting light will allow you to add reps or 5 pounds here and there without stalling probably for the whole 2017
Also,give 10 bucks or so and buy a band.You don’t even need a pair
You can do band pull aparts,facepulls,leg curls,good mornings,ab pulldowns,hip thrusts,curls,pushdowns and a million different things that I cannot come up with right now

Your mistake is assuming that you know enough about ANYTHING at this point to “enlighten” people. Stick around the forums, but for now you ought to be mostly reading, listening, and learning. Ask questions. Instead of just posting about how the Smith Machine sucks…well, when life gives you lemons, make some lemonade. Either learn to use the thing (I posted in your other thread about this) or find a gym where you have other options.
