peeling continues, 6 hours first day back at manual labor for the year. Man I was tired. No matter what you do in the off season there is nothing like manual labor. Did pt in am. Therapist says why do you keep pushing its not like your training for a meet. I looked at her and said “life honey” I am not dead yet. The younger generation does not understand. I used to think it was cool when I saw a old man trying to PR lifting or running or whatever now its like “what are you doing”.

BT- Thanks but even as I approach getting back to normal, it still feels painfully slow. Half the battle is the psychology behind the recovery. You know this way better than I do.
walked 2 miles and did a complex of 15 reps of SDHP,DIPS,Mili,pulldowns x three rds then some presses DB milis and DB BP.
today did a check on maxs, mili 205 1 RM, Bench 275X5 RM, DL 395X3RM. during squats had a spasm in back and knocked off.
Minor tweek, took a week off, was doing a 10 rep set with 315 and became unstable. No damage. ease back into it this week.
Well back at it still hurts going to be do back tens stimulation for the next couple of weeks.

Yes , had some DOMS in the lateral calve. but that was it next month will be harder and faster. Will do it on a flat trail this next time.
last couple of days doing light lifting. Also landscape season is starting , I will try to keep some kind of regular lifting going on this year and going to continue to diet and condition. No slacking off this years.
today did some C2 rower. did 5 rds of 500m and 20 push ups for time 14:38 that sucked.
