Drug Testing and Steroids

Hello all,

I haven’t posted here in a very long time and there’s definitely good reason.

Basically my situation is this: I am a worker in a health care field that has a regulatory body. You can guess at which level and you will probably be right. About 3 years ago or so I stopped training and had some problems at work because I developed a cocaine and opiate addiction. Things got pretty bad and I had to take time off and go to treatment. I admitted to my regulatory body what was going on with me.

I’ve been clean for around 18 months now and have been training again for a year or so. My regulatory body urine screens me about once weekly for drugs and alcohol. I do not know what kind of urine screen is used, so just for safety’s sake I will assume the worst and that it is GC/MS because of my position. Now here is my question. I have wanted to start using gear again. However, I cannot for the life of me find the answer to the question: “Will GC/MS pick up and identify absolutely everything in the urine sample or do the substances being tested for have to be specified or specifically calibrated for?” If anyone can solidly answer this question, it would be much appreciated.

You have all been a wonderful resource for me in the past and I hope the streak continues

EDIT: In case it matters, the substances used will be (as they always are with me): Test E, Tren A, Dbol x30d, Adex 1mg E3D, and if shit gets out of hand, Prami. Also, asking about what type of screen is out of the question simply because it will arouse suspicion.

I think there looking for drugs not steroids

I appreciate the response, but I’ll still repeat the question because that doesn’t really answer it:

“Will GC/MS pick up and identify absolutely everything in the urine sample or do the substances being tested for have to be specified or specifically calibrated for?”

Not going to pretend to know here - but you’ll likely be able to get a pretty accurate response if posted to GAL if it doesn’t work out in this sub-forum. There’s some legal folks over there IIRC.
