Doc started me on Nolvadex to combat gyno. It just came in today, and the bottle says to take one 20mg pill, twice a week. After looking around a bit online, it seems like some guys are taking quite a bit more than that (some 20mg a day). Can anyone with previous experience tell me what dosage they took to successfully clear up their gyno? Also, the duration of the treatment.
