A nurse who claims to be "Rouzier trained’, and accredited by World Link Medical, prescribed me 200mg of test-cream to be applied twice daily, for a total of 400mg per day. She considers it to be a low starting dose, and has the intent of raising it to perhaps near 1,000mg daily.
If you are a patient of Dr. Nichols, or even Rouzier, have you ever heard of such numbers proposed by either doctor? I just want to know if this is fairly standard with these docs, or if this nurse is going beyond anything Rouzier or Nichols would propose. I don’t want to lump them all together if this nurse is just an outlier.
This is pretty standard for T-creams, 200mg/20%. You cannot compare these doses to injections because only a fraction of the T-cream is absorbed and is an improvement to androgel which is not absorbed well by men.
This is what I was prescribed and even this wasn’t enough to keep my levels elevated for longer than 2-3 hours. Also it matters a lot, how many clicks you are using.

I asked about this in the other thread he created about this same thing. I don’t think I got a response but wasn’t sure if clicks was wrong
I assume the top photo is twice daily…can’t read all of it.
1-click equals 50mg?
Sorry, this is new to me. Unless my measurements are incorrect, Iit looks like Jay has opted for 150-200mg, once daily.
Am I wrong, or does the prescription indicate 600-800mg, twice daily??
Jay:
“For myself, I have found that applying the cream once in the morning (3-4 “clicks”) is sufficient to feel optimal.”
If not all of the cream gets absorbed, is there any worry about transfer during sex? I would think so, but not sure? On injections, just curious.
Yep. I think it’s a 2 hour wait time. Something like that

Yes there’s a strong possibility you will transfer it to someone else.

As far as Jay’s prescription reads then, thanks for clarifying the “.75” grams.
So, the prescription indicates 150-200milligrams twice per day?
And Jay has effectively cut it in half for himself?
Thanks again.

Well then, Jay’s protocol doesn’t seem outlandish. Fairly standard. Clearly, he’s been given the leeway to bump it up, if necessary.
Is there any data/ studies showing harm from higher dosing, say, upwards of 300mg per day?
is there a certain duration after applying that the cream is no longer a risk for transfer?
