As a great admirer of Dr. King’s, I was shocked when I read some of this:
Dr. King plagarized his doctoral dissertation, and cheated on his wife repeatedly. He may not have even been named Martin!
I would like to hunt down and see if he used to beat white prostitutes. I HAD read that he used to fuck white prostitutes while screaming: “I’m fucking for Jay-sus!!”. That was apparently on an FBI tape.
Anyone know the real deal and a good read?[/quote]
Come on headhunter. Do we celebrate MLK because he was a moral leader or a civil rights leader? It doesn’t matter if he dressed up as a woman at night while singing “Dude looks like a Lady!”. He was a great civil rights leader. Period.
I heard an urban legend that MLK went on vacation to Florida and brought back an alligator. He then flushed it down the toilet.
Years later it ate a sewer worker named Norton.

We have to question everyone’s motives. Its nice to believe what we will, but if a man’s public persona and personal life differ greatly, we must ask why.
If MLK had been a child abuser or someone discovered an old conviction for a brutal rape, would we still give him a pass w/regard to his personal life?
I simply want to understand the inconsistency. When such inconsistency exists, where did the ‘goodness’ come from? How does someone whose a lowlife personally achieve great things publicly? It simply seems illogical.
Resolve the logical inconsistency and I’ll be forever indebted.
HH, you will be relieved to know that I have found the inconsistency for you. It is in your head.
The inconsistency is that you claim to admire MLK, then, without any proof, choose to believe all the lies a fat white man in a pink tutu has conjured together.
That my friend, is the inconsistency.
