Bro before my first blast I went to a cardiologist, got an echocardiogram, wore a cardiac telemetry device for a month, and track my BP daily. And I titrated up from TRT to 500mg over the course of six weeks. We couldn’t agree more on risks. The vast majority of guys seem to do just fine on these doses, though.
That is awesome.
Yeah when I given out advice I always do so from a position considering what is the very worst that can happen.
These days I am really about minimal risk/damage and long term sustainability.

Start with 500mg/week for your cycle and you’ll be much happier with the results. You see it all the time here, folks run 250-350mg/week for their first cycle but their expectations are really that of 500mg and they end up feeling like it fell short. What you think 300mg will do is actually what 500mg does. What you think 500mg will do is actually what 700+ does. The folks that don’t complain about 300mg results likely just don’t realize how much more they could have accomplished with 500mg.

This also makes total sense to me, although, I’m a little freaked out by that dosage. This being my first cycle, I definitely feel more safe at a lower dosage and learning the ropes. Then later after PCT I plan to check bloods, if I’m low I’d look at the TRT or blast and cruise option.
Dang, decisions, decisions…
Do folks here ever start at 300mg for week 1-4 and then bump up to 500mg weeks 5-12? Would that be an option? I have enough test to do so and I would think after 4 weeks I’d feel more comfortable on how my body is feeling/responding?
I think you got plenty of solid advice here. Lot of different opinions. You will likely be fine even if you start at 500. But I try to consider worst case scenarios. Overly cautious I suppose.

Thats me on 250 mg of sust 250 every 10 days. Honestly sometimes every 14 days. Sometimes I didn’t even get a full ml it might have been 0.8 ml.
I was probably between 205-215 here can’t remember. Lean. Strong. Felt great. This was when I was squatting 500 pulling 600 and overall was just really athletic.
I was probably a softer 180ish lbs when I started. Not on anything. You don’t need big doses to get big results.
Oh also blood work had me at around 900is ng per dl. So high end of normal.
I think most people who hop on gear in the first place don’t know how to properly train or eat. So if maybe those people have lacklustre results with anything under 500 mgs. Its highly variable though.
On that note I am out. Look at your thread blow up when one dude suggests 300 mgs and perhaps sust instead of test E. Good discussion.
