I have been running 437.5mg test cyp and 315mg EQ(125mg test/90mg EQ EOD. I just started NPP at 40mg EOD. Is that enough? I’m not sure if the blood concentration is enough for significant gains because of the ester. Any advice or anecdote is welcome. Thanks in advance.

Why are you running those compounds?
When you answer why to the questions, ask yourself “why” as a question to your own response. Then answer that question.
If you cannot answer “why” 2 levels down, you have no clear objectives, path or outcome.

Maybe provide a little more info. Drugs are not what give you gained. Diet and training are what give you results. Obviously you have 0 idea what you’re doing.
That’s my bad, i should’ve added more context. I just finished a cut and I’m starting a lean bulk. The EQ is for more anabolism and to check E2. It takes time to build up though, so I thought NPP would be a good add for the first half of the cycle. Get the scale moving up. My joints also started feeling crappy toward the end of the cut, so the increased synovial fluid will be nice. I just haven’t run it before, so I wasn’t sure about dosing.
I am concerned of the thought (or psychology) that leads to cutting and bulking. Have you fallen into the Bodybuilder’s Yo-Yo Diet?
Why did you allow yourself to get into the situation that you needed to “cut”? IMO, all bulks should be lean bulks, or you find yourself in the position of “needing” to cut.
I have met guys who feel that they must always be either gaining weight or losing weight to feel as if they are accomplishing anything.

Many use hoodies to get sloppy
IMO, no man needs to get greater than 15% body fat to have sufficient surplus cushion to put on muscle. Everything above 15% is just useless baggage. I always wanted to be no more than 8 weeks out from a contest, then it is time to cut. Otherwise, I stayed at 15% body fat and ate plenty of protein and trained hard.
