Dosages in Relation to Blood Results

Hi guys,

I was wondering if we could collect some data on what your weekly T dose is and what your corresponding serum and free T numbers are?

I started TRT a few months ago at 12.5 mg Test Cyp & 100 IU HCG every day. I wasn’t expecting anything as 87.5 mg a week seems very low to the typical numbers I hear about online (150-200ish), but my blood work showed I had a serum T of 1154 ng/dL and a free T of 44 ng/DL

I’d expect that if I had 150 mg that i’d be at near 2000, but I’m not sure if it’s a linear relationship between dosage and actual blood numbers.

Fifty random patients.

Wow that’s crazy. It’s almost like every human is a little different and we all react differently to different things.

Of course, we know that’s not true, but super cool chart.

Two guys that both feel great.

This is great to see. Helps paint a good picture of the many faces of TRT. Many thanks for this!

Are these bloods taken at nadir?

Yes, except where indicated otherwise.

@highpull thanks for posting this. Were these all men that are doing well on trt? If not can you specify which ones were symptom free vs having issues?

Those were all established patients selected at random by one of the staff. I believe almost all of them, if not all, were doing well. I couldn’t tell you anything else about them, other than the guy taking 80mg was not doing well at higher doses.

@highpull is e5d never tried or just not looked to much?

I have a few guys that use that schedule.
