Dosages for Supps?

Hi I was looking into additional supplementation, in addition to whey etc

For general info, I am 5’11" weighing in at 90kg(~190lb) and have a bf% ~15 (tanita scales!)

Starting up traing again seriously for next rugby season After having a shoulder opp in April. I have been traing for several years now (on and off injury dependant) and wanted to ensure I was getting enough of the right nutrients while training.

There are a lot of articles on this site discussing the benift of one vitamins/mineral/ supplements or another in improving performance, recovery, bf% etc. so I was curious as to the importance of supplementing with these minerals and what doses to take as the recommendations for some of the “supplements” I have read in TNation articles greatly exceeds that that would be printed on the bottle. Eg in an article CT recommends 100mg of fish oil per % of bf and in another article on vitD a dose of 2500iu per day was recommended. So for other supplements eg zinc, magnesium, vitamins etc what dose would be recommended on top of regular diet.
